1. Strawberries

Blueberries contains an antioxidant called anthocyanins, which works to increase the signals in brain cells for an effective way of enhancing the ability to learn.

3. Spinach

For a food that tastes delicious in salads or as a pizza topping, spinach doesn’t just make a tasty ingredient, but is are packed with iron for increased energy levels that fuel the muscles with oxygen. Spinach was also recently discovered to improve the efficiency of the mitochondria, which will make it easy to get through a busy work day without the afternoon slump.

4. Salmon

Besides strengthening the muscles and providing a rich amount of protein, experts suggest that salmon can also lead to longevity for a spring food item that is essential to a balanced diet. 7. Lettuce

Although this leafy green is commonly ignored when it comes to kale and spinach, it’s still a superfood that is rich in antioxidants and can improve thyroid function. It helps with weight loss, insomnia, and is alkaline forming for improved brain function.
