DIY Beach Wave Hair

Who doesn’t love that ‘just left the beach scent in your hair with that slight messy yet sexy wave added to it’?There are a lot of beauty store products that sell beach wave sprays, but for the cost upward to $25. Here is a do-it-yourself at home mixture you can use when you are away from the beach!

What you will need:

  • Empty spray bottle
  • 1 cup of warm-hot water
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil (you could chose lavender oil or any other of your favorite essential scented oil)
  • 1 ½ tbsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. of holding hair gel

Combine all ingredients into your spray bottle

Spray generously over all your dry hair (make sure to put your head upside down and spray as well)

Scrunch hair gently all over

And TA-DA! you will end up with the waves that look like you just left the beach

**if you have blonde or light colored hair, you can add a few squeezes of real lemon to help lighten your hair naturally when in the sun.
