eHealthIQ’s 7-Day Challenge

Let’s take 7 days to treat our bodies and minds to the health and love it deserves. To some this challenge may be a breeze and to others it may be difficult. But do your best. Challenge yourself! Take care of your body. We can all do this challenge together and keep others motivated!

Here are the requirements:

  •  Drink lemon water in the morning within 30 minutes of waking up
  •  25-100 Jumping jacks (whatever you feel comfortable doing) within 60 minutes of waking up to jump-start metabolism
  • Eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Focus on fruits, veggies and lean meats or fish for every meal
  •  No fast food of any kind- especially if it’s from a drive-thru
  • No fried food
  • No alcohol (unless 6 ounces of red wine 1 time a day)
  •  No soda of any kind
  • Limit caffeine
  •  Drink green tea (hot or cold) at least 1 cup a day
  • 1 of the 7 nights must be a vegetarian dinner- no meat allowed
  • Go on a 10-60 minute walk, 4 times during the 7-day challenge
