Dealing with Shortness of Breath

While it stands to reason that lung cancer will make it harder to breathe, many patients don’t realize that the treatment for lung cancer can actually make breathing more difficult as well. There are a number of techniques you can use to handle shortness of breath. Deep breathing and controlled hyperventilating can both help counteract shortness of breath.
