Orange offers a host of different benefits, and the majority of these benefits come from one single vitamin – vitamin C. It is widely known that vitamin C is helpful for improving and strengthening the immune system; however, vitamin C plays far more roles than this. Vitamin C is actually helpful for increasing collagen production and keeping skin healthy and young. Some studies also indicate that those who have higher vitamin C levels in their bodies burn more fat during exercise. Kiwi also contains powerful antioxidants, and gives the juice a sweeter flavor.

Veggie Blend

One of the most popular juices include veggie only blends, using dark, leafy greens as the main ingredients. Although not as sweet as fruit juices, veggie blends pack quite a nutritional punch, without all the calories or sugar that comes from pure fruit juice. Stick to raw kale, spinach, and lettuces, as well as broccoli, cauliflower, and radishes. Adding pineapple to the mix adds sweetness, as well as a tropical flavor. Enzymes in pineapple may also be helpful for improving digestion (mainly bromelin).
